We have Southern Pit Smoked meats of Beef Brisket, Pork and Chicken. We make our own sauces, red skin potato salad, cole slaw, Southern Corn Pudding, baked beans, mixed greens, Wild Bill's BBQ Stew Mac & Cheese and can do any other dish upon request. We smoke turkeys for the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. OD on BBQ is On-Site at Smith Farm Market. We cater events as well.
